“Lovely, well-maintained property with professional, helpful staff. The restaurant is fantastic, and make sure you get a croissant! The only imperfect aspect was the valet parking which took an impossibly long time. I think I might still be waiting in that line...”

In general reception was good but when we checked in the receptionist was not very “positive “ nor was she welcoming. The young gentlemen and a younger lady (both evening and early AM hours) were fine but our check-in was very underwhelming. Nice location”

“The king suite was perfect for two adults and two children on pullout sofa. Very Comfortable,Clean and spacious. The pool is smaller but has a great seating area. We took advantage of evening snacks and breakfast with made to order omelets. Building is beautiful It was a great visit”

“First of all, the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. With that being said Dear Expedia..I received confirmation of my reservation from you, yet when we arrived it wasn't registered at the hotel. It took one of the ladies almost 20 minutes to get it registered. She said this does happen from time to time. The check in process seemed to be a little time consuming for everyone that I saw. We were in for 511. It was clean and the bed was OK. My husbands side of the bed made a noise……

“This was an amazing stay. We got to town a little early and went by the hotel to see if we could check in early. Our room was ready so we could check in early. The staff was professional, the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good.”

“Over all a great place. Pool table, nice gym, clean room. All showers are walk, so no tubs which is is great for elderly. The mattresses could be better and the pillows were a bit sad, but overall, is stay here again. This is my second stay with Tru and I feel is a good reliable brand with a great hot breakfast.”
