“The rooms were spacious and clean. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping us stocked with towels. We were traveling with a volleyball club so the complimentary breakfast was a huge convenience and help with getting our girls fuel in the morning before heading to the tournament. The breakfast had plenty of options. There was an omelette bar, fruit salad, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, sausage,etc. The hotel offers many spaces for groups to gather and hang out. We stayed on the fourth floor which……

“I have always respected the dignity and beauty of historic hotels, and finally got the chance to experience the Brown. The architecture of the public areas is magnificent. It is clean and well maintained. The food was extraordinary. Unfortunately, check-in is a sad introduction to the historic experience. The staff was polite and responsive, but the logistics were deplorable. Traffic jams were common at the front door, and anyone not using the valet was relegated to an alley side-entrance……

“Property and staff were very helpful. Room was small, while neighbor was playing loud music, and people hanging out on the balcony due to non-smoking. I didn't feel comfortable, and will not return. Thank you”

“The staff was very polite and helpful. The only issue was the pool water. It was very dirty and cloudy. We felt it was unsafe to use because there was an obvious filtration or chemical issue.”

“Our family loved our stay. The lobby is gorgeous and the staff is wonderful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Our only complaint was the plumbing. When the folks above us ran their shower the pipes made a loud banging noise that made it hard to sleep. ”

“Hotel was clean and exactly as listed! Breakfast was perfect with waffles, eggs, French toast, cereal, yogurt and various breads. The bar tender, Stephen, was amazing!!!! He offered suggestions as to some great places to visit and also made fantastic cocktails! This hotel was only a few blocks from 4th Street Live! Great place to stay! Will definitely be going back! ”
