“I saw Dolphins everyday! This is literally a one bedroom apartment. This particular unit is better if you want privacy vs view but still enjoyed our view very much! Every beach was within 20 min and if you like fishing this is the spot. Pool was very clean and enjoyable with the boats going in and out of the marina/ dock. Hot tub was nice and hot. No front desk to deal with is great too for me. We will come back!!”

“A delightful hotel within easy walking distance of a French cafe. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. They are very eco conscious so you need to leave your towels out if you want new ones. It was quiet except one night when we could hear our neighbors. Overall we would stay here again. ”

“My third stay here. Alway pleasant, the rooms have always been clean and beautifully decorated. Love the Salt Rock Grill next door. Also love being close to the ocean and the inlet. Centered between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete's Beach. Quiet, relaxing, perfect for us.”

“Mint house was perfect for our New Years Birthday trip . The studio was clean , great kitchen, modern and comfortable. The hotel’s location is convenient to restaurants, shops , cafes etc . We had a delicious dinner at Il Ritorno and a really fun night great music at The Cage brewery .
