“We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone.”

“How did this "room" in the back of a house qualify for Vrbo? The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the arrangement for how the toilet was situated near the "tiny" dirty shower was amazing. “Worst of all we discovered a dead bedbug and a bloody stain on the mattress cover. Blinds had many broken slats. Oven door on the stove was broken and a strap held it shut. GFCIs were upside down. “Doug and Candy were the perfect hosts. The unit was fully stocked--there was nothing that we needed. The bed was super comfortable, and came with extra pillows which you don't find in a lot of rentals. Plenty of towels including beach towels.
