「Firstly we landed early. I tried to get an early check in and there was impossible. The room was indeed ready but still they made us wait until 4pm on the dot. When we finally got to our room there was no cold water. My boyfriend actually burned his hand with the boiling hot shower water. The front desk only suggestion was to give a refund (where else were we going to find a place to stay at with such short notice ) or change our room to the other building with no balcony or ocean view like I...

「The front desk has some shining stars. Others are pretty dull.
Did not know that our booking “did not come with cleaning” despite being a week long. Cleaning staff was sub par. All of the bar staff was amazing. They kept the vibes going, and were super helpful. Cabana restaurant was a hit or miss but they had a few gems there as well.
Property is right on the water and the pool
Is fun with a few swim up seats. Overall a 7/10 for me.」

「Our host Nicky was an amazing help. She made my stay feel nothing but amazing, from communicating, to any help needed and made my stay feel like I’m at home. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you want to be away from where mostly everyone stays when they travel to St. Maarten. Besides that the view was amazing, the complimentary snacks and beautiful touches in the unit. I will definitely return here again when I come back to St Maarten」

「On first impression it was beautiful to walk into and everything set in place. Staff were accommodating except I felt certain things were misunderstood. Upon arrival we had booked for 3 yet room was set up for two and requesting for additional toiletries for our 3rd guest was a back and forth challenge because first line of communication was AI on WhatsApp which we were not aware of.
Secondly, the open shower concept was not ideal as water ended up pooling and getting all over the bathroom...
