「We loved our stay in Murano, away from the Venice crowds but close enough to enjoy the sights. The property is clean and as advertised. The team was very responsive to our questions, and Dario helped us navigate first to the office and then to the property itself. We are grateful for the wonderful service and exceptional stay in beautiful Murano!」

Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. 「The only place we stayed that didn't have a confusing missing item or weird design feature. The TV did not have amy streaming services, but good Italian channels. The living room was large and bright, and everything worked. It even has a dryer, which is unusual in Europe. The property manager wasn't very communicative, as I asked three times if a late checkout was possible, and they didn't respond. They do have a standard message that explains their late checkout is a hallway cupboard you can...

It’s quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the Accademia vaporetto stop. Rooms are spacious and the air conditioning works well, though the shower doors could use an upgrade.」
