“Staff are very nice persons. Whenever I need any travel information, they actively give advice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location (close to China Town) is good and convenient. There are several subway lines nearby. I like this hotel and would like to recommend it to friends. ^_^”

“Absolutely amazing stay at the Soho Grand Hotel. The vibe was really nice, stylish, upscale, and perfectly located in SoHo. The room was fantastic with sleek design, and the service was top-notch. The lounge bar that turns into a nightclub is such a standout, we had so much fun there. On top of that, the staff were incredibly accommodating and so nice, they pointed us in the right direction to secure a spot at a busy restaurant and bar, even though everything was nearly fully booked. “I'm a disabled Marine Corps Veteran and this was my worst stay in New York I have ever had. They over charged $354 for a double bed room one night thats advertised on their website for $154. Then we see tha tthe entire area around hotel is under major construction which was not informed to before booking. “With 5 stars and priced after that, I had big expectations. We were lucky to park in front of the hotel, the doorman and receptionist received us nice, even had an extra surprise for our wedding anniversary in the room. The corner room had a beautiful view on the city. The breakfast is nice amd we didn't visit the Jimmy's Rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was delicious with good Cappucino. Hotel is sitauated a 10 minute walk from SoHo's prime spots.

“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card.
And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself.
And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request.
I think they have many things need to be revamped.”
