「Exceptional - the attention to detail was amazing. Bedroom, service, food and drinks were first class. The hotel is immaculate and quirky with many added extras like a games room with record player and records, a boot room, a bar with fires. Unfortunately the restaurants were fully booked - so book them early! I will definitely stay there again and can recommend this hotel most highly x」

Plenty of parking. Directions spot on. Very close to NEC and Birmingham Airport. Lovely clean room with everything you need in there. Would definitely use again if we were flying from the airport or attending an event. Felt secluded, quiet and relaxing, yet so close to everything. Thank you again.」

「The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also...

「Great location to stay before a flight before flying from Birmingham airport. Checkin was quick, friendly & easy. Rooms clean and tidy but could do with a little care for decorating. Restaurant has been done and even corridors are tidy just rooms need a little spruce up.」

「Just what we would expect for a 4* hotel, clean, well decorated, friendly staff. The breakfast was good, but not amazing. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great, the gym was very well equipped. We had a lovely surprise when we came back to our room on the second day; it was my daughter’s birthday so I had brought decorations with me and the maid had made a 3 x story cake made out of towels, ribbons, flowers and pom poms. It was very special and so thoughtful. Thank you very much. 」
