“I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.”

“The staff was exceptional. They were very friendly and helpful. Didn’t like that there was not coffee to make in the room. Also, we were on the 23rd floor and the tiny dark elevator to get down to the lobby from our floor often got packed. I am not normally claustrophobic, but I don’t think I could have gotten into that elevator another time. Way too small and anxiety producing. If we stayed there again, I would request a lower floor and take the stairs. Overall great location and nice……
