South Lake Tahoe Family Fun

Great size and layout for a family visit to South Lake Tahoe. Easy to get to all of the fun in the area and yet quiet and in the trees. We all had a great time, thank you.

Spacious house in great location

This house is great for groups! Lots of space with all the living areas upstairs and the master, plus 3 additional rooms downstairs. The large kitchen and large dininf table were great for cooking while socializing and having a seat for everyone. The hot tub was a nice addition given the cool temperatures of Lake Tahoe in June that make the lake a little cold for swimming. We had some bears visit the bear box and were appreciative of the spray left in the house to deter the visitors from returning (we didn't see them again). The location is very close to beaches and trails or to town for anything you need or just a nice night out at a restaurant. Would stay here again!

Great family get away vocation spot

Easy access of property. Very clean. Kitchen got everything we need for family of 10. Smart thermostat keep us warm. Rooms are updated, nice to stay. Jacuzzi, grill and patio gave us extra fun. Kids got to explore around the property for some sledding fun as well. Best we ever stay by far. Nonetheless, manager was very easy to communicate with. Quick and nice. We would want to stay here again next time. Location is perfect, not too far from ski resort and town.

Great Private Spot in SLT

The rental was very spacious and perfect for our needs. The large kitchen and living room areas made it very easy for everyone to gather in the same room for eating or relaxing without feeling crowded. The fooseball table and hot tub were also big hits while we were at the property. This is a great place to stay if you plan on spending a decent amount of time at your Vrbo versus just using it as a place to sleep. We chose this spot because it’s practically the only home on its block, so it is quite private and gives a little extra peace of mind if you’re concerned about the Tahoe noise ordinances. There are no immediate neighbors other than to the back side. Even though it’s pretty secluded It’s still only a short 10 min ride into town where all the attractions are. There was a slight mixup in the property description when we rented but the Owner or manager was committed to making that right and gave us a partial refund for the trouble. Great communication and courtesy throughout. At this point I’m sure it has been corrected. Overall good experience.

Fantastic Home in Quiet Area

This was a great experience! The owners were awesome in allowing us a last-minute, unplanned early check in. The property itself is fantastic with a large backyard. The house was huge and very clean. The wifi worked perfectly and it was convenient that all of the TVs were either Smart or had ROKUs. The AC/heater, hot tub, and washer/dryer all worked perfectly; there was even a second full-sized fridge which was super helpful. Our only feedback for was that, like the previous comments have mentioned, there aren't nearly enough towels so either bring your own or prepare to have to wash them almost daily. Also, this isn't the owners' fault by any means, but there are some pretty stringent rules about noise in Tahoe so be prepared to remain indoors by 10pm, including no use of the hot tub :(, otherwise you risk the police being called by neighbors.

The house was great. Very roomy. Lots of area to cook and entertain.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issues (not major), was the first day we checked in, the hot tub was at 60 degrees. I was reading that it may have been due to it being cleaned and drained that day. The other issue was there was 9 of us and only 9 towels. You’d think with having a jacuzzi there’d be extra towels. Other than that, the house was just what we wanted. Very big, updated appliances. Lots of blankets and games for the kids. I would recommend staying here.

Wonderful Christmas !!

Wonderful Christmas in Tahoe!! The house was spacious, clean and plenty of amenities to make our stay a success!! Location was great and the garage was a plus to keep our cars free of snow! Our driveway was also plowed!! Only thing I would recommend is bring your own towels!

Amazing stay for two families

We had such an amazing time at this property. We were two families (one family of 3 w a 9 yo) and a second family of four (9 yo and 13 yo). For the 7 of us, the place felt really big. There was plenty of space and a really awesome communal location in the kitchen as well as living room to hang out. Hot tub was awesome to relax in after a day of skiing. The foosball table was great for the kiddos. And the jetted tub in the master bathroom was perfect for the adult couples. Overall, zero complaints. We were close to restaurants. Property management was highly responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.

You’re next getaway

This property was perfect for the get out of town trip. The house is beautiful with beds really comfy, kitchen perfect for cooking a meal, and enough bathrooms so that no one is waiting in line. The foosball table is a great addition to the house where we played countless games. The hot tub was so relaxing and a great way to unwind after a day of skiing. The house is located near a market and only 15 minutes from heavenly shops. We totally recommend staying at this house.
