Great location, the property manager (Sam) was responsive.Things that were positive - ample paper towels and toilet paper- beds are comfortable - beach and outdoor pool are nice- washer and dryer worked well Things that were not working when we arrived- refrigerator light- stove light- two bathroom vanities only had one functioning lightbulb- chairs and table on patio were ratcheted together and dirty- vacuum cleaner was clogged and required a cleaning - entry closet door didn’t close, top of door missing guide- stove wasn’t level, pans wouldn’t stay on burners- utensils were burned- lack of wash clothsThings that would improve the experience - new frying pans- dressers for clothes storage (there are none)- replace chipped sinks in the bathroom vanities (they’re rusting)- replace bathtub upstairs (off color patch looks unclean)- replace / clean carpets that appear to have bubblegum imbedded in them- carpets have wrinkles in them upstairs and need to be fixed before someone trips and falls- bathroom vanities don’t have a base inside but rest on carpet that doesn’t appear to have ever been cleaned - microwave door is cracked- microwave front is loose and taped to microwave housing (don’t know if this is leaking microwave radiation)- either fix or remove non-working bicycles from garage (they are not a guest amenity)A small investment in maintaining the property would improve the experience of your guests.
