“The overall place to stay was great. Very clean it up camp. The only major issues were the beds comfortness and pillows. The roosters in the house next door crowing at 4:00 a.m. was not enjoyable either. The property itself was really good though. Great location and all that”

“The place is super cute! The bed is very comfortable and the lanai is awesome. It’s a 10ish minute walk to get downtown which isn’t terrible. If you’re not feeling like walking, a golf cart is available to rent which we did not use but was nice to know we could if we needed to. It’s mentioned in the listing that the bathroom is small. I am not a large person and I had to turn sideways to even get into the bathroom. Something to keep in mind when booking. We had some outlet issues while there……

“Place was excellent, great location, very modern and updated. Just a few moments walk to Pass-a-Grille Beach on the gulf side, a bit of a walk to the dog beach. We never needed the car for the 3 days we were there. Modern appliances, and everything needed for our stay, including a nice laundry. Great beach stuff, including a beach buggy for hauling chairs, umbrellas, cooler and etc. We and the dog loved the outside fenced area! Communicative host even over the Christmas Holidays.”

“My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away ”

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“The place was spotless and so cute! It was very well equipped, right down to a spare toothbrush, thank God! Shops and food are a short drive or walk away! Ms. Lynn was very easy to get ahold of with a quick text, and really thought of everything! We would absolutely stay here again!”
