“Spotless, very comfortable & 1/2 block from Tampa's famed South Howard Ave ( SoHo). There are probably 15-20 restaurants & bars located within about a mile radius. Great location, off street parking & inside is very quiet!”

“The home itself was very beautiful. The area felt safe. Instructions were very clean. The owner left us a note and some goodies which was very nice ! The room itself smelled wonderful and you can tell it was cleaned thoroughly. The sheets smelled amazing. ”

“Pros: Great location. Quiet in spite of being part of a larger complex. New furniture throughout unit and nice coffee setup in kitchen. Cons: The apartment would benefit from a deep cleaning. Floors were really dirty when we arrived, as was the inside of the refrigerator and the cooking utensils. Host was responsive and sent cleaners back the next day which was appreciated. The kitchen is outfitted with bare bones so not ideal for someone who wants to prepare meals. Also, laundry is not located……

“Everything was perfect”

“Our stay had a mix of positives and several frustrations.The living area was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great.However, the kitchen was not well equipped. There was an oven but no cookware (no cookie sheet), measuring cups but no mixing bowls, only three sets of silverware, and no kitchen towels. There was a Keurig but no pods or reusable filter to use your own coffee.Basic amenities were lacking—no toiletries were provided, and the only soap in the bathroom was……

“The house is great. We had an unusual delay checking in because of a delinquent housekeeper but Chris got on the ball and another lady came and did it up right. He took care of the inconvenience very professionally. There are small flaws throughout the house like a bedroom door that won't latch and A/C that came indirectly to the master bedroom from another room. The price for a large kitchen and 3 bedrooms/ 2 baths, it was a reasonable deal. Would stay again.”

“The home was very clean, decorated nicely and in a great family neighborhood. We were there for a work trip so nice to have parking in the driveway for our big van. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definately stay here again. ”
