With heavy vegetation of Palms and lush bushes it gives each Villa their own privacy. The fenced, heated, pool is also a tranquil area. In all areas there is a ton of seating. From the River out your front door and seemingly new river walk, you’ll never have need to leave your vacation home. No, I’m not a relative. Our first stay but not the last."

"This house was perfect for our stay - 14 women who attended boarding school together. The house afforded numerous choices for sleeping; meals both inside and out on the lanai, a wonderful pool and spa; even flyovers equivalent to the Blue Angels during the afternoon. Amenities were amazing- from the modern appliances, gourmet utensils, a washer/dryer, massive TVs, a perfect WiFi, dish and hand soaps, shampoo,hand sanitizer, paper products galore. Nothing was left to chance! You wont regret...

"Stayed here for family vacation meeting from 2 states. 5 adults and 8 grandkids ages 5-12. Great location went to the zoo, Busch gardens, aquarium and ocean. The house was perfect for all of us, cooked several meals to save money and the kitchen had everything we needed. the communication with the host was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"Property was the perfect place to gather with friends. Everyone had a separate bed which is a huge plus for 11 grown men. We chose to bring in a chef one night to enjoy dinning onsite by the pool. Wonderful time, great memories!"

"It was nice to have a condo on the bay. All of the amenities were great, I didn't have to leave the property for anything the two nights I was there. The little store had much more than I have ever seen at a resort. It is a little dated inside but everything worked and was clean. The only thing missing was an air vent in the bedroom and no ceiling fan. I kept waking up hot in the middle of the night."
