「Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me」

「I will definitely come back to this nice hotel. I loved the atmosphere and attention to details. I would have rated 5 stars if I hadn’t have issues with the pillows which we found very uncomfortable. I texted to the online service and it took three representatives to finally get two pillows delivered.」

「The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.」

「I checked in late, no a/c in the room and I was in for the night by 11pm after driving around to find food so hot and miserable I checked out before 8am couldn’t sleep after 2 showers but room was large view was nice. I didn’t see anywhere there breakfast to have.」

「not as nice as it looks, got a pretty crusty room with a janky shower and a few bugs. just go with something cheaper it will probably be better - nice location though. parking is not free」

「This place was the worst experience of my entire life. The front desk was empty, and no one answered the phone. When I finally managed to get someone to help me, they informed me that there was no room available for me. Eventually, she gave me a key for a room that was not even clean, and it was filled with people doing smoking ilegal things. I never stayed. I had to go back home and my weekend was ruined.」
