I paid in full when I booked, when I was paying a refundable fee of $100 the computer accidentally charged me $679 (which was the total of 2 nights that I paid already) Bethany who is the manager took the matter in her hands and called my bank to void it asap and within 30 minutes of that incident I had my money back in my account. “Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ……

“Hotel is very close to everything which was great. The room smelled terrible, no amenities, parking is a block away at another hotel and they still charge you $20 a night even thought it’s self parking. They only have a small little cafe downstairs with one employee so the line is terrible to get a simple coffee or breakfast sandwich. They definitely need to update some things around because it’s not worth almost $200 a night.”

“I enjoyed the stay overall and since we were there to spend little time in the hotel, and on a budget, it fit the needs of our trip. The hotel room was not well cleaned, specifically the bathroom. There was hard water stains on every chrome surface, toliet paper holder falling out the wall from years of usage, flush was very loud and would wake any family member sleeping. The walls of the hotel were also very dated, windows were unclean. It was not a hotel I was excited to take photos of, which……

“No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info. Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware. Beautiful area during the day.”

“As soon as you pull up you see trash all around the building. The pool is nasty with a ring around it. You see people sitting outside the rooms smoking. Very tacky. I would not trust to leave my car parked outside. Oh the office was no office. It was a tink desk in a room filled with junk. Literally couldn’t walk in. It was clothes and other junk literally filled the office.The pictures online had to be when it 1st opened. Don’t stay here. Oh and you won’t get your money back. And Expedia was no……
