「Very cute boutique hotel that is close to everything in downtown St. Petersburg. We stayed 3 nights and they never freshened or cleaned our room. An offer of clean towels would have at least been appreciated. Also, no regular cream for coffee and you only get one bottle of water per stay. Seems a little cheap to me」

「Great hotel, even better staff. We had a small hiccup in the beginning when I checked in. I paid in full when I booked, when I was paying a refundable fee of $100 the computer accidentally charged me $679 (which was the total of 2 nights that I paid already) Bethany who is the manager took the matter in her hands and called my bank to void it asap and within 30 minutes of that incident I had my money back in my account. 「The hotel was beautiful in certain aspects, but it could be maintained better. The original tile in the main area was a nice touch. The bed linens felt cheap and the AC wasn't very cold in our room. They allow pets so at times I felt like I was in a petting zoo. Overall, probably not worth the high rates they charge.」

「Our room was not cleaned daily. The second elevator was out of service. Given that it was a Holiday weekend and the hotel was full, more effort should have been made to have the elevator in service.」

「This Hilton offers what you’d expect-comfortable beds, attractive pool, and professional staff. I would have appreciated knowing up front that the hotel charges $45 a day for Valet parking. You cannot park on the property unless you agree to the valet service. Hilton assured me that the valet company is not associated with them. 「No front desk, I was helped by a guest that was waiting there, he looked into the PC , asked for my name and grabbed an envelope with the keys, is this you? It was my room keys, no deposit, no card on file and a total stranger accessing everybody’s personal info. Walk several blocks to park in a building. Party hub spot at night, if you have kids beware. Beautiful area during the day.」
