“It was very clean and wellkept. Housekeeping was on time always. The front desk was super nice. I loved the lucky cup coffee cafe downstairs, super convenient, and amazing food. So close to the pier and the fun bars! The only downside is they didn’t have a waterfill station only water fountains in which you’d have to bring your mouth too but I survived (I had extra water bottles on me).”

“Hotel is beautiful, as are the rooms. Unfortunately my stay was soured with poor service in the main cafe in the lobby. Beautifully presented cafe with very poor customer service tarnished my visit. Raised with management who were slow to respond and failed to do anything subsequently, despite assurances otherwise. Disappointing as I bought 6 people from my company here as well. Great hotel, let down with staff in key areas. I should be clear that not all staff were sub standard. ……

“The property was in a great location for my needs. Parking valet staff was fast and friendly. Breakfast staff was excellent. The only issue with the property was the elevators. One of the 2 elevators was out of service for my entire stay.”

“The restroom had a line of ants and the very old window AC sounded like a jet engine. The shower is no bigger than a phone booth and one person can barely fit at the sink. The hotel parking is free but you park in a garage down the street and around the corner. $40 “resort fee” for what? We were there overnight but I know this is not resort and it has no amenities. Our room in the old section was so small that the left side of the bed was right up to the edge of the door so there was no……

“Very clean room, staff goes above and beyond for your comfort. Nice pool with good bartenders. The bar staff was friendly, music was fun and can be heard everywhere if that is not your scene this gem isn't for you and you should stay outside entertainment district for me it was what i was looking for. Location is perfectly for LGBTQ community and our allies close to many restaurants, shops and scenery. Free trolly for further locations on Centrsl Ave. This is my fourth time and happily……
