“Everything was great and perfect for our purposes. We did not utilize the hot tub, but that was a nice option. My only complaint was a musty smell, not sure if it’s just from poor ventilation or what, but it was a cute spot and had what we needed.”

“Plenty of room for two people comfortably, clean, well stocked and adorable. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the riverwalk and feels like 1940’s Florida. Couch is a sofa bed, but needs repair. Bed was the most comfortable if you love a soft mattress (which we do). Will be coming back for sure!!”

“Really enjoyed our stay. Place was super clean. Very spacious for our big family. Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach only 15 minutes away. Can’t forget the pool, we had a blast.”

“Wow the place was really nice. I actually felt like a tourist here lol. It has plenty of room. And doggy friendly. I’m did not take my puppy but will next time. Place is gorgeous. Out side even nicer love the landscape and pool. And of course the big rose tree in the back yard woooowww. Majestic!!!! I will come back. Thank you.”

“We chose this place due to its proximity to the airport while having a beach/bay view. Apartment was clean and welcoming. Plenty of parking, however reservation only allows two spaces. Close to pool area which also has a cafe/restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and alcohol. Thank you so much for our little getaway. ”

“This was by far the BEST rental home I’ve stayed in. It was clean, spacious, FULLY stocked with beach supplies (beach chairs, towels, wagon, cooler, etc). The pool is the perfect size and the hot tub was my favorite, LOL. Andy was absolutely amazing to communicate with- super helpful with finding something in the house and giving us beach ideas! 4 kids and 3 adults who are throughly pleased. My mom said, “Please tell them I said thank you for everything and this house is gorgeous!” I will……

“I liked everything it was perfect”

“Our stay was for 2 nights with 5 people. Place was accommodating had basic necessities and was clean. Close walk to the beach. The book that tells you how to use the tv and restaurants could be updated. Some of restaurants are not there anymore. Loved the Keurig machine w the coffee and creamer available was very convenient. Would recommend and stay again if in the area. ”
