Our room had multiple issues, including a malfunctioning AC that left it uncomfortably cold and lack of consistent hot water. Late at night, an unknown individual knocked on our door offering towels we never requested, which felt unsettling and raised safety concerns. “There was so much to do! I loved the pool and beach options. Your room comes with beach loungers and umbrellas that are set up for you by fabulous staff! There is a bar called Salty's right off the beach with awesome, fun drinks. There are several restaurants, including a higher end Italian restaurant with live music. There is also a cabana area with acoustic performs, firepits, and super comfy couches. Everything is easy to get to and well-maintained. There is also a lot for kids, including……
