One issue - we reached out 3 separate times in advance of our stay as we had a few questions and while we were able to reach on 2 occasions a live agent and on the third time left a vm message, no one returned our calls. The live voice agent was not able to answer our questions and despite saying she would have someone call us back, no one did.」

「The clean & neat cottage is as described. Not located on the water, but a nice quiet location that was very relaxing for us. We would enjoy staying there again.A couple minor housekeeping issues. I suggest adding some hand towels as we used face cloths to wipe hands in the bathroom & kitchen instead of using large bath towels. A fresh dish cloth in addition to a questionable sponge for washing dishes would be appreciated, and an extra dish towel to dry dishes. I found no facial tissues. Some...
