"Great all around "

"The room is excellent, clean, comfortable mattress, nice bathroom, the hot shower was really nice for the snowy day. Breakfast was excellent too. I didn’t get to use the indoor pool and hot tub. But my friends enjoyed it. We also booked a room with kitchen. That was a full kitchen. We got to cooked a meal for one night.highly recommended."

"The Hotel was Great. Everything we expected from being here before. The ONLY knock I’d give is, after being here for 4 days and spending what we did, I asked for a slightly longer checkout on departure day as our train didn’t leave for another 2 hours. The standard answer is 1 hour extra, after that we charge for a late check out. It was NOT that busy and I know for a fact the room we had was not looked at during that time. I just wish that Manage would empower the staff to think and apply reasonable sense to customer service requests. Just not the way it’s done anymore?? I totally understand if the hotel was soooo booked and needed the space ASAP it would be the case. "

"The room was spacious and very clean. We had a 2 bedroom condo and it was beautiful and had a rustic log cabin feel. We will definitely be back"
