“Great vacation home. Had everything we wanted. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy beds. We brought all our own beach stuff and discovered they provide beach wagon, chairs, sunbrella, etc. Bikes too! Stayed in October and the neighborhood was empty. Woll definitely go back”

“Our view was beautiful. Our dining experiences(including poolside dining) were not the best. Ordered gluten free tacos, ended up getting flour- asked to have corn and the ingredients were scooped out and placed back into the corn. Anyone with celiac disease understands this is not okay, equates to contamination and inflammation. I am always amazed at the difference in treatment when traveling with my husband versus not. “While the hotel benefits from a desirable location and distinctive Florida charm, the property currently shows signs of deferred maintenance and inconsistent operational oversight. Improvements in cleanliness, facility upkeep, responsiveness, and food service quality would greatly enhance the guest experience and better align the property with guest expectations. Summary of main issues: +guest room condition issues included a rusty bathtub, cracked sink, stained lampshades and ceiling stains.……

“Everything was well maintained”

“The owner was quick to respond to online messages. Cute condo with a comfy bed and really nice shower. Nice views overlooking the marina in a quiet area. Note that it is kind of far away from everything (30 minutes to Marco Island, 50 to Naples Central). The only let down was that there isnt a door seperating the bathroom from the main area which can become awkward and smelly, haha! Overall a good stay!”

“Our family loved our stay! It was so close to all the wonderful aspects of Captiva and we could walk with our younger children to everything. We will definitely be making this a regular vacation spot!”

“Hosts were very nice and accommodating. The bungalow was nicer than we expected. Easy short walk to beach access. Great hot tub and pool in shape of Mickey. Location close to a number of restaurants and Northern, quieter, more upscale area of island. My only issue was landscapers with two chainsaws in the middle of afternoon cut into our time to enjoy time at the pool.”
