There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...

"Such a cute apt. Great location! Really close to everything and I was able to avoid train because we were so close to international Dr and all off the parks. The property manager was so helpful. By text and by phone. That started off the great experience. The apt is small in size. Especially one of the bathrooms but that's nothing that can be changed. Other than that, loved my stay. It was clean, quiet, and had a cute balcony with a nice view."
