「The hotel is easy to find and the closest to the national park so it was great to visit daily and close drive to downtown and waterfront. Dining available. Lots of parking available. Games room is great. Nice pool but gets very loud with kids using the slide on weekends or when doing construction. Pet friendly. Only complaint was "patio" consisted of 2 patio stones and a tree on each side to the curb parking in front of room.Wouldn't consider it a patio as couldn't sit there with chairs because...

「Staff were very helpful and professional. The lady running the breakfast was outstanding , very efficient and cheerful. The Hotel advertise it is Pet friendly...it definately NOT. They say they only accept service dogs when you check in. Will loose a lot of business with this policy. All the surrounding hotels do accept pets.」

「We visit the Westin Trillium House at least once a year. Love the rooms, always clean and kept in good repair. A luxury stay. Checkin and other staff always wonderful. Lots of great dining options close by in walking range. Never disappoints us.」
