“Was great service and a lot of stuff to do”

“Everything was almost perfect...there were 2 things that stopped me for giving 5 stars: 1. At the check in: it was 3 of us, we rented 2 rooms, and the welcome complimentary drink was offer only to one of us. It was an awkward, uncomfortable moment 2. At the checkout, when the receipt was printed, a daily parking was added...and we didn't have a car. We disputed it on the spot, and the charge was removed. The rest of our stay was great, we will be back.”

“I liked how friendly and helpful the staff is. The atmosphere is upbeat. It is clear the staffs' goal is to ensure the guests have a good time. The pool and outside of the property were exceptionally clean and cared for. At first glance, the room looked great, but looking closely you can see the bathroom is very worn and the corners of the floor need attention. My one complaint would be that nothing opens until 7 am. I am a very early riser and had to leave the property for coffee everyday. You……

“This is a VERY nice Vintage Hotel with an extremely nice staff. I have lots of wonderful things to say about this hotel. I will come here again. Nice atmosphere, excellent beach setting, super nice amenities, very cute nostalgic rooms with balconies! I stayed in room 605 and liked the "Bay View" from the balcony! Comfortable Mattress and Wonderful Pillows. The only thing I have bad to say is we had NO HOT WATER for our entire stay for three days and three nights. We told the desk every day and……

“The location of the hotel is close to restaurants and grocery stores which was convenient. The room was clean upon arrival and our room maintained cleanliness with housekeeping throughout our stay. I was disappointed in the condition of our bathroom. The pictures of the hotel appear to show that the rooms are updated and/or renovated but the bathtub/shower was not in the best condition as it was very worn. The onsite bar by the beach was a nice place to hangout with friends.”

“This hotel service is very poor, I booked a river view room on Expedia, they gave me into the city view room. Then the room air conditioner is broken maintenance staff can not repair, the front desk clerk will not change the room 65 degrees Fahrenheit! Can only give you add blankets. Will not go to the hotel for the second time in my life. And downstairs vallet $40 per night!”
