“Amazing”

“If you’re considering whether to go or not, we would recommend you go. We loved our stay here because the food was so good and the staff were exceedingly kind and generous. The resort is absolutely stunning and we received a complimentary upgrade to our room which was amazing. In terms of negatives, I will say that the bugs on the resort can be a lot, but it really depends on the person (I only got one to two bug bites but my wife got more than 20). The bug spray did seem to work when we put it……

“My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely……
