「Accommodations are exceptional. Rooms are clean, well kept & genuinely my stay was just as my home, away from home. During this "2026 Snowstorm" my flight was cancelled. The staff, Phillip & Manager Angel, worked to make my stressful circumstances change to wonderful stay. Highest rating for customer satisfaction.They both were Angels. If I could rate 10 stars I certainly would. their very best to ease me under a vercurcsituation 」

「Hyatt Place is definitely my « go-to. » Great location, friendly, accommodating staff and excellent service. Great breakfast but other food service is limited . Also, would have preferred a tub instead of a shower. Rooms were clean, cozy, and modernized. Room entertainment has been upgraded. Enjoyable.」
