“This rental was great, and exceeded my expectations. Beautiful and scenic lake view with dock, and outdoor camp fire was wonderful. Hosts communicated effectively on what to expect pre-stay, and for check-out. Hosts were available if any issues arose. Hosts also checked-in via message to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!”

“My mom and I had a wonderful time our 10 days there. Smooth check-in, exceptionally clean and all the amenities at our fingertips. We loved that it was secluded—not another person in sight. We looooved the wood burning fireplace the most and enjoyed many fires. There were so many extra things that we didn’t take advantage of, but love if we come back in warmer weather—kayak, canoe, outdoor firepit with comfy Adirondack chairs, and even the Bags yard game. Any questions we had were answered……

“Really enjoyed this place in Fall! Opposite side of lake has little to no cabins, so perfect, quiet view. Appreciated the wider dock. Able to comfortably hang out and fish with kids without tripping over each other. Beautiful views from inside too. Strong attention to detail inside with seasonal themed decor, well stocked kitchen/bath, and fun stuff for the kids like smores kit and plenty of games and activities. Although we didnt use them, appreciated the extra towels and supplies like……

“We loved our stay! Finding it was easy, plenty of parking, nice boat to use. The property is curated perfectly for a getaway cabin- tons of stuff for kids to do. We stayed with a couple of adult friends but will definitely be back next year with our kids. Beautiful lake and friendly neighbors!”

“The cabin was perfect for our 4-night stay in Hayward. We had 2 couples and 3 children 3-8 years old. It was clean and the setup of the 2 bedrooms and loft worked out perfectly. Although it feels like you are miles from town when at the cabin, it is only minutes to Walmart and all the fun in Hayward. the back deck was a wonderful place to sit and have coffee and watch the kids play and the wildlife. The first morning we saw a deer in the back yard, and on a few more occasions peeking out from……

“This cabin was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ranging in age from 1 to 60. There was plenty of room for all of us, the yard was HUGE, and the hosts were so responsive and friendly. Sand Lake was fun for fishing and the sandbar at the dock made for a great place for all our young ones to play in the water safely. They had everything we needed for a great vacation.”
