“We really enjoyed this place! Clean and convenient to all the fun stuff, safe location and while the distance to broadway was a bit of a walk- it was doable. The condo itself was perfect. All four of us would stay here again. ”

“Yes the host seemed welcoming and accommodating however we did have to move to a different place to sleep as our unit was flooding from water from another unit above us. The host did find us other accommodations however it was smaller and we didn’t all get to stay together. ”

“Great layout/floorplan to this unit! Being on the river also gives you a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Relaxing walk to Broadway area along the river. Note that the laundry facilities are in a different building, so it is a walk to the laundry. If planning on doing laundry make sure it’s easy to transport your laundry back and forth and up a flight of stairs. Host was very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were a breeze. Nicely decorated.”

“This condo had a great ambiance with a river view and well-curated Nashville vibes. It was clean, with easy parking in a great location (close but not too close to broadway). The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this condo and I would return in the future. But keep in mind, if you’re a light sleeper, you will hear people walking above you from the bedroom when they are getting ready for bed and waking up in the morning (so it seems based on timing).
