「Host was fantastic and very quick to respond Loved the place and location. Will definitely be back」

「Great spot for a long weekend. Kim was a fantastic host!」

「Excellent place to stay. Location was good. Close to good food and drinks at the GOAT just a street over and the Listening Room venue. The walk to the strip was reasonable.」

「Great location was perfect for 3 nights in NASH!」

「The property was extremely clean and exactly as in photos. Everything was really nice and any questions were answered immediately. We will be using again when we return ( hopefully it will be available)」

「The location was great and not noisy. Great views. Great amenities. The host was very responsive when I had questions. The apartment had great views and was very spacious. The one small thing I would recommend is to bring an eye mask for sleeping. The bedroom was super bright first thing in the morning and there are only privacy shades on the windows.」

「What an exceptional place to stay! The whole place was spotless, everything we could think of that we needed was there already, the check in process was simple and seamless, and the location was wonderful! My father and I were able to walk the distance from Broadway in just a handful of minutes and enjoyed the peace of our stay after the busyness of downtown. The balcony overlooking the Cumberland River was full of excellent life and watching opportunities. I hope to come back here with my kids...

「Clean and so easy to communicate with!」
