“Bad: My room is 102 when I live in The Baxley, and the air-condition leaking water on the bed. not a big problem, but need to fix it. and the toilet is not that clean but totally understand, because its for public user in The Baxley. Good: Most of the worker are friendly and very welcome those visitor who live there. like they answer my question quickly and help me to solve the problem right away. I like the coffee machine that provide in the public area, make a big different for coffee lover.……

“Amazing find if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Sydney and are ok with sharing bathroom facilities. It is a clean, quiet and safe alternative if you just need a bed. Carpets a bit tired and a spruce up here would be a great upgrade but other than that I couldn't fault the place. would def stay again. ”

“This granny flat was lovely and suited us. We had our own private entrance. Owners were excellent and gave us our privacy and they are very quiet. Facilities on the whole pretty good. It needs to be more mugs and some side plates would be useful. Bedding great A place to sit out in the sun was nice too. About 1.5kms easy walk to shops train station and taxis. We would use this property again”

“The location was great as it is very close to bus routes into the city which made getting around without a car easy. There was a bit of street noise in late evening due to the garage door not being sound proof but it was a nice neighbourhood to stay in.”

“The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was small (not ideal for someone who is 6'2) but I (5'2) had no issues. It was in a great location, easy to access. Maryum was easy to talk to and get a hold of anytime we needed something.”

“Karen was a fantastic host. She even put out extra an table & chairs for us to have a G&T on the grass. The Barn had everything we needed to live day-to-day and enjoy ourselves. Fun small tennis court, lots of space and definitely pet friendly. Even our dog had treats waiting for her when we arrived. I can highly recommend The Barn.”

“The property is close to the city and has parking however there are a number of issues with the property. The bathroom sink was getting clogged and took a long time to drain. The bathroom floor needed cleaning. There was considerable mould on the bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain is supported by rope. There was also hair in the beds. There is no check in desk as stated online, the property is down a lane directly off the street. The towels were thin and old considering the price we were……

“We have stayed in this hotel for 14 days. This hotel is newly renovated. Beds and mattresses are new. The room is spacious with kitchen cooking utensils. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again.”
