“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“The room was clean, but that’s about it. They were “renovating” everywhere and the pool and fitness room were both closed which was not advertised anywhere. The breakfast was ok, nothing special and the location is convenient. If they actually finish the renovations and reopen the amenities, it’ll be a great spot”

“The room was very clean even though I had to wash and then spray Lysol on the filters of the A/C ventilation system in the room. Housekeeping should take care of this as part of their cleaning the room routine. The water pressure in the shower was weak but the water pressure from the sink and toilet was fine. “Older place but Our room was clean. Beach view was great. Location perfect next to the 2nd Ave pier. Staff was friendly. Hot tub warm but no jets. the pool splash pad and lazy river were good. There were limited chairs around the pool and no pool towels offered Plenty of ice from the multiple-ice machines The staff were wonderful and let us swim while we waited to check in and then let us check in early once our room was ready. Super thankful for that ability. Not fancy but……

“Very dated, but affordable, on the beach. Be aware that everything closes early. Water department is closed by three. All the restaurants near the pools close early as well. There are no housekeeping during your stay. The property is huge, so put on your walking shoes. It takes a little minute to get from the parking garage to your room, depending on where it is located. “We got there and it looked nice on the outside, but it looks like it hasn’t had maintenance in years. Everything is broken or cracked or peeling from the carpet to the ceiling. The inside smells terrible, and theres no noise control. The room was spacious, but the AC was damaged and inconsistent, the pillows were lumpy or brick hard and the “blanket” was a dollar store fleece blanket in between 2 sheets. And theres cockroaches:)”

“The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.”

“The resort is located in a very good spot with access to beach and restaurants nearby. The resort was being renovated which was not disclosed at booking. The room was clean but cosmetically not good. It won’t take very much to make it better but for the price, it was ok. I wouldn’t stay again unless renovations were completed. The fitness center was closed and the pool area was nice either. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was trouble free.”
