This harbor view townhouse combines beauty and functionality for a relaxed way to experience Lake Tahoe. Enjoy all-season fun with easy access to winter activities, and excellent restaurants and shopping.

Enjoy the harbor view and sounds of the waterfalls in the Spring while resting on the large deck directly off the living area. The deck table, chairs, umbrella and a Weber gas BBQ add to your enjoyment of the Tahoe summer. Stairs off this deck allow you to explore the harbor area and walk to your own private boat slip.*

The sunken living area is highlighted by a floor-to-ceiling wood-burning stone fireplace. There is high speed internet and a 55" OLED television with a DVD. Cable TV is available on two TVs. The kitchen features warm alder cabinets and moldings, new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops.

Upstairs is the master bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a large shower. There is a small electric fireplace for soothing ambiance. A deck with views of the harbor, waterfalls and trees is located off this bedroom.

The second upstairs bedroom has a Twin-over-Double bunk bed and an adjacent full bath. A small deck off this second bedroom offers a peek of the lake. Large skylights are in both upstairs bathrooms. Off the main level, there is a third bedroom with Double bed and adjacent half bath.

The complex features its own private pier into Lake Tahoe, pool, tennis courts and there is a small rocky beach. There is easy access to many walking and bike paths.

•QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 9PM TO 8AM. NO NOISE SHALL BE HEARD ACROSS PROPERTY LINES. NO OUTDOOR SPEAKERS OR AMPLIFIED SOUND ARE TO BE USED AT ANY TIME.
