“The service was amazing; however most restaurants were closed and the beaches were covered in mounds of seaweed. As such, we couldn’t enjoy the beaches or the ocean. Some of this was seasonal, but we were never notified of the limitations and reduced amenities. We couldn’t even book many of the excursions due to the seaweed and oceans. Additionally, several areas and amenities were under construction with no notification.”

“Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the seaweed overran the entire beach, which wasn't anyone's fault. It's a shame we weren't able to use the free kayaking or swim at the ocean. The swimming pool was a good substitute though. The road is horrendous though, so make sure you drive safely.”

“The website and reviews are completely different then when I stayed there. The bedding, sheets, towels, robes, everything had stains on it. The building is really run down, structural damage, cracks in the walls. The bathroom shower is gross. It flooded water was running out the shower into where the toilet is. The beach is completely useless so many rocks no where to sit and relax. I cant tell you when the water has ever been changed in any of the pools they have. Especially the ones in the……
