“Building was located in a very convenient area within walking distance of a grocery store and restaurants as well as downtown Tulum where more stores and restaurants could be accessed. Apartment was super clean and larger than I thought. The kitchen had all the essential items, such as utensils, dishware, appliances, and cleaning products. Bedroom included large king sized bed, and the balcony was great to hang out on. Parking was super convenient, but it was a little confusing to find at first.……

“Great getaway...beautiful grounds. Unfortunately there was a lot of sea moss at the beach...so a bit difficult to navigate through the waters; however, there was another beach within 5 minutes walking distance. The staff was great!!! I give it a 10/10. One thing I would recommend is renting a car as transportation was expensive.”

“The apartment was nearly new and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed.The pool on the roof was great and we had it to ourselves on many days.The host was wonderful, whenever we made contact she replied almost immediately and resolved any small issues very quickly.The bicycles worked for us after we got the tires pumped up, however each bike had a broken pedal but we still managed to use them without any issues.”

“Nhoa apartments was great, we loved that everything is so private , they have a security guard at the door, our check in was very easy with the codes sent to us, we were able to get into the property without any trouble. We also liked that everything was within minutes drive, restaurants and stores. Overall very nice and private.”

“We absolutely loved staying at Villas DeRosa!! The owners were so easy going and helpful. They answered questions immediately. Our luggage got lost and Tony called the local airline for us to assist (as we dont speak Spanish). We had the bottom floor that walked out to the beach, which we loved. Plus it kept the unit cool. The AC in the bedroom worked great and we never got hot at night. Housekeeping was impressive too. Clean linens every day and we never had sand on our floors. Appliances in……
