"The pool closes extremely too early. We paid resort fees and wasn’t able to use the pool once in 5 days. Not right in any way. "

"It takes 10 mins to get yo the elevator once you're in the hotel. The elevators have problems. Some of them don't accept the key cards to select a floor."

"The hotel was lovely. Great variety of dining options. Staff were efficient and helpful. The only thing was our room was not vacuumed and the desk where the snacks and fridge had a film of dust on arrival. On day two the room was vacuumed but desk was not cleaned through out our stay. We put that down to staff shortage so didn’t make a fuss. Overall, we enjoyed our stay though. "
