“Came for a week and really enjoyed our selfs! This is the first time renting a small condo like this and honestly did not want to go back home could just live here! I would just recommend a little bit more baking pans and a pot to boil some things but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves! The people are really nice around here also! We will be back! “I coach an 11 year old boys soccer team and a few families and I stayed here for the weekend and its was perfect. Beds were super comfy, the pool was perfect and amazing outdoor seating for eating dinner and stuff and the main level has a massive table that everyone could sit at for dinner and breakfast. Great property, would highly recommend!”

“The property wasn't clean until 8PM that night, so we lost the entire day. Then there was a house party before us and they trashed the place. One room had poop on all the walls, floor and draps. It was a horrible way to start a vacation, cleaning!! Next to impossible to get a hold of anyone. TV was broken in main area so we had to wait 3 days to get that fixed. Not a great experience”

“Had a group of 30 or more college people from Wake Forest Staying in the unit next to us… Our parking lot was consumed by their cars… And we weren’t able to go into a pool for one minute as it was overtaken by the entire group… nighttime people outside partying until two in the morning. “I will never book with you again. I reported that the ice maker didn't work along with the jacuzzi in the tub, camode ran constantly and the safe didn't didn't work. I was given 6 towels foe 2 for 6 days and told i would be charge if i got more. This was an awful booking through you. If the hotel hadn,t been so gracious to help us out it would have been a case i would have left. I spent almost 1000 dollars but never again i will book with wyndham from now on or someone else. Your commercials……

“Our Family Reunion was great! We had a wonderful time. The house was very spacious, plenty of room. We did have a couple rooms with no hot water. One room had a showed head issue, a toilet on the 3rd floor on the left, between the washers and dryers had an issue where it wouldn’t stop running. The theater room, we were able to fix to watch movies. That should be checked after every visit, because we found many disconnections with the cords. We worked it out. Loved having the extra……

“Very accurate listing, reasonably priced, great location, and perfect size. Would definitely stay at this property again!”

“The management company was great to work with but the house had significant issues. It rained inside the living room one day, which was fixed the next day. The kitchen faucet started to leak so bad that it flooded the countertop and required a full replacement. The floor in the kitchen and downstairs bathroom sag so much that you had to walk uphill to get to the kitchen sink. The bedrooms, beach and location was as described and we'd stay with the company again but not this house. We did worry……

“Everything from booking, arrival, our stay and departure went smooth. Plenty of room for 10 of us. They supplied just about everything to get use started. The beds were comfortable, extra pillows and blankets. It just felt like home. We would definitely go back.”
