"​A Rare Find: Why Room 1005 Is Our New Toronto Go-To ​Toronto can be notoriously tough on the wallet, especially in the Entertainment District. But after our stay at the Residence Inn, I can honestly say we found a total win. As far as 4-star hotels go, this was a 10/10 experience for us. ​The "Vibe" Check ​The first thing we noticed? The smell. It sounds small, but the hotel had such a pleasant, welcoming scent the moment we walked in. That, paired with a staff that was genuinely professional and courteous, made us feel like we weren't just another booking number. ​Space to Breathe (Room 1005) ​We were up on the 10th floor, and the room was a massive relief. ​The Reality: Was some of the furniture a bit "well-loved"? Sure. ​The Truth: It didn't matter. The suite was incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and so comfortable that we felt right at home immediately. In a city where hotel rooms are usually the size of a shoebox, having this much room was a luxury. ​The Hidden Gems ​The Location: We were central to absolutely everything. We walked everywhere and saved a fortune on Ubers. ​The Gym: It’s on the smaller side, but it’s got everything you actually need for a solid workout. ​The MVP (The Jacuzzi): After a long, marathon day of shopping, the jacuzzi was heaven. The best part? Every time we went, it was totally empty. Having that soak all to ourselves was the highlight of the evening. ​The Bottom Line: We paid a very reasonable price compared to the big-name giants nearby,"

"Lobby was very nice and clean. Oddly set up but that’s just my opinion. Staff were nice and friendly, easy to understand. Room was decent enough. View was AMAZING. Location is absolutely perfect for going to a show at Scotiabank or Rogers Centre. Parking garage onsite was a bonus as well! "
