"The staff at this hotel is amazing - particularly the servers at breakfast and the pools. Jose, Roberto, Cruz and more took great care of us. Room was immaculate, spa was a treat, and we love how you enter the lobby at the top floor and descend into the hotel. As frequent guests, we see the hotel getting older, but it is well cared for and the team was anxious to make sure we had a great stay."

Transportation through Destination Services I had Alex help me and she was fantastic. Meals in all the restaurants were beyond what I expected."
