“I have stayed at the property over a period of twenty years once a year for a weekend trip. It has become very dirty as if there are never any improvements done. The rooms smelled terrible and the entire place had a stench you could not escape. We checked out one day early and decided to go home early as it was unacceptable to sleep in the hotel any more. I would recommend a complete renovation. It would seem some of the guests were full time residents also. Just a disgusting experience.”

Pricing felt high for winter in Syracuse, and there are extra charges if you ask to check-in early, but clean, quiet, comfortable place, and proximity was ideal for my visit with family. ”

“Location in Phoenix is excellent with great views of the canal and a porch to watch the boats float by. Easy to throw a paddleboard in for morning exercise. The unit itself is older and has some rough edges, questionable electrical, but was very clean and the furnishings are mostly new. We had an issue with water and AC units which Robert quickly fixed for us. The neighbors above were very loud, not their fault - the building floors are thin and you hear every movement.
