I would suggest the owner store personal items (personal toiletries, kitchen items, mail, ... in a owner's closet). The kitchen drawers need cleaned out and organized. Since we get a house so we can cook, measuring equipment would be helpful. Overall, I could not ask for a better place! We will definitely plan to stay there again. 「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family spent Christmas here, to be close by my daughter & grandkids. I had every thing I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Lots of plates, silverware, utensils, appliances, and my grandkids had a blast with the ping pong table in the converted garage. 」

「Beware before you book this apartment. This unit is built above a bar, and the music from the bar is very loud in the apartment. The base vibrates the bed, the the tables. The thermostat is not located inside the apartment, it is located down inside the bar. You will have to wait until the bar opens before you can have the temperature adjusted. The Wi-Fi is not located inside the apartment, it is also down inside the bar. It is also located next to a train track, and when the train goes by...
