“This is a nice, cozy property. Great location near many wineries. Close enough for a day trip to waterfalls. It's pet friendly, which was great for our 2 small dogs. The beds are very comfortable. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to eat a meal or play games around the large dinning room table. The kitchen was well stocked and great for making pizzas and cooking breakfast. The pier and beach fire pit was fun and relaxing on a crisp fall evening. The only challenge at this place is……

“We were looking for a comfortable place to spend time while exploring around the Finger Lakes region - and this was just the place. The location allowed us to easily travel to various wineries, restaurants, and sites around the area. Nothing is walkable, but the drive was easy. We spent an entire afternoon/evening just hanging out on the front porch enjoying the clear sky, beautiful weather, and quiet neighborhood. Each room was equipped with an air conditioner, so we all slept comfortably. ……

“We had a lovely time at the farmhouse. The house is beautiful, clean, very comfortable and well appointed. The location was great; close to Ithaca, Cayuga Lake and dozens of wineries. Michael gave us lots of helpful information that helped us settle in. We can't wait to come back!”

“Cleanliness could have been better. Towels were put away damp, so they were starting smell like mildew. Reached out to host to see if they had any detergent to wash all of them but they never responded. ”
