“THIS is the place to stay in St. Thomas. The property is gorgeous, the rooms are spotless and the staff can’t do enough for you. Our stay was absolute perfection- one of the best resort experiences I’ve ever had. The grounds are just breathtaking- every corner is filled with tropical colors. There are multiple pools- all with a beachfront view. The restaurants are great- we had amazing meals every night! “The Ritz was a wonderful stay. We booked the club room which I highly recommend because it makes dining so easy + open bar all day for those who care for it. You are 15mins away from a 20min ferry to St John's to explore those beautiful beaches as well. The staff was super friendly & helpful, & the property was spotless. Very nice fitness center/ pool/ and 4 restaurants on site. Highly recommend and will definitely return!”

“We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when……
