“My wife and me were laying on the beach when a kid pull beach umbrella out of the sand and stand. The wind took the umbrella away from the kid and it hit us. The boy's mother yelled look out but it was to late. I think I chipped a bone in my elbow . If my wife didn't move her head the umbrella pole pointed end would have struck her in the head. I asked the woman what happened, she wouldn't answer. It would have killed my wife. ”
