“Extremely happy with this hotel! Very good location as it’s in the middle of old quarter! Room - Junior Suite is great, with bath tub and good shower facilities. Staff are sooo friendly, breakfast has good choice and they all remember you! Very good English proficiency! Spa is amazing, gooood price and offers happy hour rate! The spa staff are very gentle and nice, good technique! I love this place.”

“We have a lot of elderly, children and girls in our family. The hotel is close to the embassy and school. It is relatively quiet, but it is not far from the border point on foot. There are many cafes nearby which are also very beautiful.”

“General service is good. Front line staff, including drivers and safe guards are all friendly and helpful. We loved to chat with them. Gardening and environment is well-maintained with tropical and exotic Vietnam vibes. Direct connection with the beach is charming and romantic. However our villa showed multiple malfunction when we moved in. TV was not available in all rooms. Took them 1 day to fix it. Pool lights were broken, fixed in the other day and then broken again. One of the water……

“Location is great and convenient. Within walking distance to shopping malls and market. Hotel services are good. Buffet breakfast offers lots varieties of food. Spa services are excellent with good prices. The only problem is the design of the shower stall. It has half glass panel only which resulted water spill all over the washroom after shower. Need improvement definitely. ”
