「This is our second stay at an El Dorado Resort and we will definitely be going back. One year ago we stayed at the El Dorado Royale, and that property had three resorts on it - beautiful, but a lot of walking. The El Dorado Maroma had a much better beach, but the property with the Royale and the Casitas had more pools. We enjoyed that this resort was smaller and had less people, but still had all the great restaurants, entertaining shows, and the staff went out of their way to get us whatever...

「Wonderful hotel staff, who made our stay feel so special. Jenny was a delightful staff and brightened our day with her positive vibes and cheerful smile. As read on many prior reviews the hotel doesn't look as new as it once did. There are signs of wear and tear and agree some much needed maintenance is definitely required to the hotel to make it truly shine.
