“Nicely decorated,spacious, clean, lots of supplies and a nice balcony to sit on and look out over the grounds.the pool was a real bonus when the temps were in the 90’s and the grounds are lovely. A laundromat on premise was convenient.”

“This is a very well equipped and clean apartment in a great centrally located location. Both a grocery store and restaurants are a short walking distance, a rarity in Phoenix. The host was very responsive and helpful.”

“We were very impressed with the property manager's prompt communication and ability to respond to questions in less than an hour. Bed was very comfortable (you just never really know and we're picky!) and really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner/shower gel (smelled great!) in the bathroom. Couple of minor suggestions: Bed sheets were not cotton so a little on the hotter side, we could have used a few extra towels (if we would have asked I am positive the property manager would have brought……

“The whole complex was clean & the condo was just what I needed. The pool was clean & had everything you would need including a grill area. I had one little issue with the TV & host was right on it to fix. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Let me get the negatives out of the way first: I was super skeptical of having to use Aardvark Labs, as my booking forced me to use a 3rd party website. I even went through Vrbo support w/a live agent to confirm it was legit. It asks you to take pictures, scan your ID, etc so I was very on-edge of this being a scam. But the Vrbo agent assured me this was legitimate, and that the renter went through their process, so I gave it a shot. Another irritation is that even after going through……

“Property seemed great from reviews- but we were so disappointed!!! This listing quoted it 'sleeps 3' when the studio only had 1 queen bed, and a dirty small bench that did not pull out to a bed...and no other place for a 3rd person to sleep. And no extra linens or pillow or anything. And to make matters worse - VRBO 'customer service' gave no options to help besides messaging the host. We had to find other accommodations and got hardly any refund back for the fact that we could not stay and had……
