“I book here often. The staff are always nice and welcoming.”

“Very nice place and accommodating staff. No complaints.”

“Good points about the stay: the breakfast was good, the hot tub was operating, the price was reasonable, and the location was good. Not such good points: the floors in the room were filthy. We asked multiple times to have someone bring up a mop and eventually had to clean the floors ourselves. The room was not cleaned between nights. It was not communicated that if we wanted our rooms turned over we had to put in a request the previous night. We noticed garbage on the floor of the elevator……

“all good”

“Had a great stay, will come back again and recommend to family and friends.”

“Got there at 5pm and the heater wouldnt work in our room. Asked the front desk about it.said he'd try and get his repair guy there but didnt have a eta. Had been up since 11pm the night before with only 3 hrs if sleep and was supposed to drop.down to mid 40s. Finally after waiting and nothing we went down to fuss about it and they finally changed rooms”
