「The staff were some of the best we have ever met and met our needs perfectly. They ensured we had a room that was suitable and went the extra mile to achieve this so a big thank you. The property is in the process of being updated but this didn't affect our stay except perhaps to see how well it appears to be going and I'm sure when this is finished they will have a hotel to be proud of. They have only owned this hotel for about 6 months and it is obvious they are making huge efforts to update...

「A lovely clean room with fantastic views. The room and bathroom were massive and it was very quiet. We had a great breakfast and lovely evening dinner at the Pennington. All the staff were brilliant. 」
