“Wonderful place! The car parking is free, the room is clean and comfort, and the breakfast is really good. Only 10 minutes walk to the lake and 20 minutes walk to Windermere town center. I definitely want to be there again.”

“The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee. ”

“We had a great stay. Very clean and close to everything (as long as you don't mind a hill) excellent breakfast and my wife is Gluten free but this wasn't a problem. We where very welcomed and nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for everything... ”

“Had a fantastic stay in the Edelweisse suite for part of our honeymoon tour of the lakes. Room was spotless and awesome. Fantastic facilities in the room, difficult to choose between hot tub or spa bath, so alternated between the two. Batj may have edged it due to TV! Comfortable bed and sofa. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and brought to our room, and was delicious!”
