“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth……

“Property was perfect. Clean, spacious, and close to Disney! Would stay here again!”

“Very clean property that is represented properly in VRBO. Everything is immaculately clean. Nice new tiled shower and kitchen area. The rain style shower head is a plus. The bed is very soft! If you prefer a very soft bed Unit 4A is the right choice. The owner (Edgar) is very responsive. Unfortunately the hot water heater was not working properly. Edgar and his plumbing help tried to fix it once but it still failed. The second attempt got it fixed. I overall rated 4 stars based on hot water……

“The cottage was quiet and clean. We had lots of options for free TV channels. One suggestion is to add a small bistro table and chairs to make meals more comfortable. The entry method was easy and fast.”

“Staff was fabulous.Room needs deep clean and repair. When we turned on bathroom faucets, water was brown and then black and sediment was all in the sink. It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush. May need new pipes etc. Hopefully it’s been fixed since I alerted staff and showed pictures. Rest of faucets didn’t have that issue. Bathroom shower and floor grout needs professional……

“My family and I travel frequently, and I have to say this visit was one of our best experiences. The owners were incredibly helpful as well as attentive meanwhile the property itself was perfect for everything we needed. The apartment was clean, organized and comfortable having everything needed for a family trip. Especially location wise this property had everything we needed. We were close to parks and right before entering the neighborhood there are tons of stores, restaurants and more for……
