「The staff are friendly and helpful and this makes the Royal Lancaster outstanding」

「The townhouse location is strategy, shops and restaurant are just within a short walk. The room facility is clean and stylist. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great experience for first time visit to London. I will definitely come back to this townhouse if I visit London again. 」

「Well furnished」

「Excellent room condition, amenities and service. Would stay again. The only drawback I could think of was the noise from the outside on a weekend night. 「Very friendly staff. Secure location. Great service. The room was clean and fresh.」

The bed is slightly bigger than a single bed. The worst is the wardrobe, which is very run down and the condition is comparable to that of a very old motel. On day 2, the room started to have strong cigarette smell and did not go away as the ventilation in the room is no good. After I complained the hotel...
