"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
"All the workers were pleasant! Definitely will come back here coz it’s walking distance to train station and restaurants. It’s so convenient that when you get hungry, restaurants were accessible. Also, I love they’re free breakfast."
"Great location directly across from Kensington Palace. Close to a bus stop and train station. Friendly staff. Very small room but exactly as it was advertised. Perfect for one person. "
"The room had some stains on carpet and chair but Christian at front desk was so amazing!! He fixed it for me and I had an excellent stay.
Great location and very friendly lobby staff. Thank you!!"
