「Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per...

「Breakfast was fresh. No cups in room. No ice bucket for ice. Ice went all over the floor when I used it. No hot tub. Shower in tub not good water pressure. Slippery. Not good shower. Will not go there again.」

「The best breakfast bar I've had to date! The staff was amazing, rooms were nice! Bathrooms were a good size as well! Only down fall, no hot tub and the gym could of used a few more pieces of equipment. But over all, would definately stay here again.」

「My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The water park was amazing and had everything we needed as far as amenities go. 10 out of 10!」

「The rooms were clean. The staff were above and beyond the expectations. Nisse was amazingly nice and friendly. Also, we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was warm enough to give you a relaxing evening. A small suggestion that would not affect their ratings and my review this time! We booked a room for two adults and three kids. However, we didn’t get a sofa bed or a baby bed. I would suggest that this would be great if this property considers in the future. 」

「They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy.」
